Q What do you do?
“As background, I’ve founded my first company NAVEN in 2007. ”
I’ve run and managed a team of 35 people for over 7 years. I’ve partnered with REVOVLE Clothing on a fashion brand NBD x NAVEN for over approximately 7 years and through that partnership I’ve built a large influencer network both personally and professionally. I’ve applied those relationships to my current influencer marketing company KIKfluence. KIKfluence guarantees unique content creation, tailored influencer marketing, and social media management. We pair the right influencers with the right brands to KIK start success. I’ve work with brands to build out their influencer network, create compelling and unique content and campaigns, and manage all social media accounts. I’ve worked with several companies including No 7, PINCHme.com, Pathology, Moroccan Oil, Bare Republic, Beauty by POPSUGAR, IPO Cosmetics, Skinfix, Sweet Spot Labs, Dr.Kay, Dr. Denise Gross, Nomad Cosmetics, Zadaka Hemp, Life Cykel, Doseology, Twice Toothpaste and more.
Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?
I started at the bottom and worked my way up. Working in almost every position to truly understand the fundamentals of everything I do.

Time management is everything. I have raw design talent, 20 plus years of experience, I have the networks personally and professionally and I'm the demo for my field so I understand the needs of the market
