WHAT DO YOU DO?

I help people to reach their dreams + goals, get clarity, teach them how to work with their subconscious mind, how to get into a creative flow (because everyone is a creator), I help to get to the next level and cut through inner BS or limiting inner conditioning.

I am also a nerd so I research and teach on connections between human growth & creativity and I make vides about it. I love working with non-ordinary states such as dreams and states of flow & inspiration. Lastly I love creating & writing training programs and running group workshops.

WHAT STEPS DID YOU TAKE TO GET TO WHERE YOU ARE NOW?

I studied product design in London, worked as an international curator with amazing artists (see my public art project here), represented one of the largest Brazilian Gallery in Europe. I gave all of that up when I turned 32 and moved to Big Sur to study and train in different Human Potential modalities. Developed my programs and taught at the Esalen Institute and California State University. Last year decided to take a risk and open my own practice - Creative Subconscious was officially launched a month before Covid-19 broke out. So I focused on working online and run successfully a Creativity Clinic to help people overcome the stress of the lockdown, now I have several courses ready to launch.

How do you stand out in your field?

I make people draw, paint, move with their ideas, talk to their body parts, listen to music and become one with it. I get people to look at themselves in the way they haven't before. I get them to see their creative nature and apply it to solve problems.

I also make a personalized program for each client to develop and strengthen their inner guidance, that voice of wisdom that already has the right answer.

My main focus is for the client is to reach their goal from an embodied, expanded - open state and for them to acquire skills for authentic decision making no matter where they are at in life. Total autonomy and freedom.

WE ARE ALL SLASHIES WITH MULTIPLE SKILLS, WHICH ONE DO YOU WISH YOU COULD DO MORE OFTEN?

I wish I could focus more on my marketing communication, simplify and be more clear with my message. I wish to also focus on how to delegate and have a team.

WHAT IS FRUSTRATING YOU RIGHT NOW?

Marketing & doing it all myself. Content editing for social media.

IF YOU COULD HIRE SOMEONE FOR $20/HR, WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE THEM DO TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER?

Help me optimize my website, create a social media strategy, take care of the tech side of my course, copyright or edit the text, help with newsletters and edit all the videos.

LET'S BRING OUT THE TIME MACHINE. WHAT DO YOU WISH YOU COULD HAVE TOLD YOURSELF, WHEN, AND WHY?

I would say: "Don't give up, all your ideas are great just keep on going - you will figure it out. I believe in you. Please start regular meditation practice and get massages."

Since I always created projects outside of the norm of the industry, sometimes I'd doubt myself or get tired and stop after a project was done (I'd normally get good job offers), instead of carrying on with my own thing. I think if I'd known how to restore better, I'd hear my own direction and connect to my inner vision more clearly and have the strength to carry it out further.

But then again this led me to my current job and now I get to do this for myself and others. I also think one of the most important things I'd wish for myself in my twenties is to invest in a team or people. My community is my support, success and growth.

IF YOU COULD TALK TO AN EXPERT TO GAIN MORE INSIGHT ON SOMETHING, WHAT WOULD IT BE ABOUT?

Online business model & strategy. I could use some insights from someone who has already succeeded.

WHAT KIND OF OPPORTUNITIES/PROJECTS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

I am looking to grow my team to help me build a well functioning online school. And also fun collaborative projects and new clients.

DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL JOB/CLIENT/COLLABORATION.

I have several ideal clients:

1. A company that is invested in creative thinking & problem solving & conscious leadership (I love working with teams)

2. People who want to grow and are ready for the change,

3. Individual clients who are looking for transformation and understand the value of support & high level feedback.

Who is a creative that has helped you elevate your work?

Sorelle Amore - inspires me as female artistic voice who explores the world with curiosity and shares her vision in a unique way.

Reese from yessupply.co - is a great example of how to create an online coaching education with grace, she also works with subconscious mind which is at core of what I do. I love how giving she is.

Lalah Delia - is an icon, because of her style, while going into a very spiritual domain, she stays real and down to earth. This is important to me because "well being" world can get slightly bs.

Majo Molfino - love her book The Good Girl Myth, and her podcast. She also works as a creative coach with women, I admire her level of professionalism, her clean look, and direct approach to hard work.

Lacy Phillips from To Be Magnetic - showed a sustainable business model with affordable education in personal growth space.

Sandra Ingerman - from www.sandraingerman.com is an inspiration as an elder who still kicks ass in her domain and shares her teachings and writings with integrity, which is something I strive for and hope will maintain the same longevity in my practice.

I can share a lot more, there are few guys who inspire me such as Mark Groves, Igor Budnikov, Luke Storey, Richard Christiansen and many more.
