Q What do you do?

I help aspiring online service providers build businesses they love online with real, customized strategies and support.

I help established service providers grow and scale their business based on their goals and experience. I work shoulder to shoulder with my clients to ensure they're reaching their goals and their maximum potential. I offer 1:1 mentorship, group coaching and strategy sessions. I love helping business owners make money and learn to LOVE what they're doing (again). I also offer retail consulting to boutiques (online and brick & mortar). I can help build sales strategies, find gaps, teach marketing and provide tools to train employees. I have 10 years of experience in luxury retail and spent 7 years teaching sales techniques while running YOY increases.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

I spent 10 years in luxury retail. 7+ in management. I was awarded 10/11 eligible quarters for high performance, people development, driving sales and personal sales performance. I was promoted into a position where I trained all new hires coming into our store of 800+ employees. I managed a team of elite talent & mentored rising talent to turn them into top talent. I helped million dollar sellers achieve YOY growth & become top sellers in the company. I rolled out new innovative tools & championed teaching an entire store about them, all while serving my own clients. I was recruited. I went through 5 interviews in a week and a half. I was immediately offered a job at a luxury brand in the center of Michigan Ave. I accepted it and was really challenged to develop people in a way I hadn't before. I was responsible for the development of my own team while they were also being coached by 5 other leaders. I was able to offer clear direction to drive sales and build relationships in a sustainable way, developing several million dollar sellers. I broke my ankle and wasn't able to run around a 6 story shop any more, which led me to my career online. I started as a virtual assistant, quickly adding business strategy into my services. I evolved my role into Social Media Manager, where I became booked out in less than 3 months, bringing in 5 figure income monthly. I never thought I would become a coach in the online space, but after hiring an intern and having several requests to pivot -- I took the plunge. Here we are now!

Q How do you stand out in your field?

I coach with integrity, have years of experience in people development behind me, and real client results. My joy and sense of accomplishment comes from my client's success -- I will go to the ends of the earth to help them achieve it!

Q What are you working on right now?

I'm currently working on The Magic of High Ticket Minimind, a 12 week group coaching program with 1:1 support, 7 guest expert speakers, and an amazing group of entrepreneurs who want to scale their businesses in 2022. I am so excited to offer this program and offer this level of support while building a true community. OH -- And I'm launching a podcast!!!

Q What’s your style?

I would describe my coaching style as servant leadership and a "walk with you" approach. I empower my clients to build amazing businesses, but I ensure they have all of the tools they need to get there. You'll never find me giving out work sheets or training videos in high touch support programs. I believe personalized and customized support is the only way to see true growth as every business, and every entrepreneur is truly unique.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

I absolutely love my coaching business and am really focused on expanding that. I also have recently picked up photography which is taking off faster than expected!

Q What is frustrating you right now?

Lead generation. Or Pinterest Management. These are time consuming tasks that are super integral for growth... but I just don't have enough hours in the day.

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

I wish I could've told myself at 17 that you truly don't need your college degree. That didn't help you get ANYWHERE you are today. Not one step of the way. (Even though you have A LOT of fun in college)

 

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

Google Analytics? I've pretty much taught myself how to do everything in my business, I even built my website... but google analytics remain a mystery to me.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I'm looking for speaking opportunities and podcast guest spots! I'm used to talking in front of large groups and love doing trainings!

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

My ideal client is someone who is struggling to get to the next level in their business. They have the work ethic and the skills, but there's something getting lost in translation. I want to be able to identify that and help them truly level up. I'm looking for people ready to make a real transformation, and work with a genuine and highly supportive mentor.

Q: What is your rate?

I have an extensive product suite to offer support at every price point. 90 Minute Strategy Sessions (with a week of flexible support) are $597, my Minimind (3 month group program) is $3,000, and 1:1 Mentorship starts at $5,000. I have lower ticket and free offers as well!
