“I am a seasoned fashion professional with over 15 years of experience in the fashion marketing and influencer industry. My expertise includes talent identification, casting, and contract negotiation, alongside fostering brand partnerships and executing successful social media strategies. I have built a strong network of connections with agents, managers, publicists, media partners, and influential digital content creators.”
I specialize in talent management, where I source and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with brand values, ensuring the right fit for campaigns. Most recently, I have successfully led negotiations with talent representatives, serving as the primary contact throughout the campaign lifecycle to maximize ROI for Vox Media Brands and their clients.
Additionally, my comprehensive experience in editorial and advertorial production allows me to manage photo shoots from conception to execution, including talent casting and location scouting, ensuring a seamless process.
Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?
Oh, boy! So many steps!:) My degree is in Fashion Design though I knew I will not be great at pattern making after my first class! I ended up volunteering and interning with anyone who would have me. PR, fashion shows, assisting - all jobs gave me various experience to realize where my strengths lie. I moved to Paris for a year to work in the fashion capitol of the world and upon returning to CA started working in PR. It didn't take long for me to realize that I wanted to focus on casting the best talent for the best brands and help them tell their story through unique and inspiring content.
Q How do you stand out in your field?
Because of my wide range of experience in various aspects of the industry, I have a unique point of view. I am able to have the perspective of all parties involved and make sure the campaign is successful on all ends.
Q What are you working on right now?
I am focusing on freelance work, trying to work with different types of teams and building my portfolio.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?
I would love to work more on editorial type of campaigns and cast talent for photography focused story telling.
Q What is frustrating you right now?
Honestly, my biggest struggle is finding the teams that need assistance with my specialty. Since I am focusing only on freelance work, those type of leads are hard to come by.
Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?
Research databases/websites etc to find agencies and studios who produce the type of campaigns I like to work on.
Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?
I was pretty excited to reach out to my idols in the industry and I am glad I put myself out there! I would tell my younger self to focus more on developing an expertise and strengthen that by taking additional courses (like photoshop!).
Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?
I would love to chat with someone who works with luxury brands casting talent/influencers for variety of their campaigns.
Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?
I am looking for gigs with brands, agencies or studios who need someone to handle their on camera talent - research, outreach, negotiating, campaign follow through from A to Z. Can be influencer campaigns, print, social media UGC, custom videos. I will find the perfect people to visually tell your story. No project is too small.
Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.
My favorite campaigns to work on are fashion/beauty clients who are open minded on how they want to share their brand in their ads. I love finding unique talent for short fashion films or spreads!
Q: What is your rate?
My freelance rate usually starts at $60/hr but I am always open to discussing the scope and what is possible!

Q Oh! and… how do you stay creative?
My kids keep me on my toes! We put on singing and dancing shows with my daughters. We create art and make up our own worlds!
