A Practical Approach to Social Design
Created & taught by the designer behind
@ilovecreatives’ social, James Junk
Learn the design workflow to quickly build out social content, create an industry standard portfolio, and how to build retainer clients.
This live bootcamp is structured like a working social design studio. You’ll learn practical, on-the-job workflows, receive 1:1 asynchronous feedback on assignments, and take home resources and documents you can reuse for real social design projects.
❝Social content is where most design work actually lives now. This bootcamp is the course I wish existed earlier. If social design is part of your work, you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone. This course is here to give you structure, confidence, and clear next steps – without overcomplicating it.❞ — James Junk

Before ilovecreatives, James was a designer at Impact @impact, a digital media brand with 2.4M+ followers, where he designed award-winning, high-volume organic social content as well as co-branded partnership work with brands including Beyond Meat, KEEN, Strava, Hinge, Climate Power, and more.
His experience spans both organic and paid social design, with previous clients for social ad creative including Bulleit, Rémy Martin, Sundays for Dogs, Buoy, and Jungmaven.
James specializes in social-first design: how to interpret real briefs, design on-brand content at speed, version work for different placements, and ship polished assets without burning out. His approach is practical, process-driven, and rooted in the realities of modern social workflows.
In this bootcamp, James teaches the exact pipeline he uses to design, iterate, and deliver social content at scale—so you can graduate from “making posts” to confidently owning the process end-to-end.
