I enjoyed completing the assignments because they helped me put the course material into context. Tasha and Caitland have been incredibly generous with their constructive feedback and sharing useful resources. One of the highlights was finally being able to create a cohesive portfolio. I had the most fun researching brands I had an interest in, doing a deep dive into their promotional materials, determining a tone of voice, and analyzing them more than creating copy for them. Read MoreWhen I started to receive constructive and positive feedback from my teachers it was incredibly validating and made me think "wow, I think I can actually do this!". Once I got that confidence I was surprised how inspired and motivated I was to keep going.
Developing writing for a consistent fictional client was really fun and helped to give a lot of structure to the exercises in the course. I've actually been able to structure a portfolio, land clients, and fulfill briefs thanks to the Creative Copywriting Course.

The curriculum and the live workshop worked well together—the curriculum offered thorough insight into what assignments were and then the live (but always kind and constructive) critique in the workshop really helped me become a better copywriter. I also wanted accountability to put my portfolio together and feedback once it was live, and Tasha and this class provided that. This class is wonderful, especially for anyone with some copywriting experience who really wants to launch their career. 10/10 for both creative and practical advice.

Going into the class you don't fully have an understanding of what could come out of it, but I never knew I would come out of it with such a sense of clarity + independence. I truly enjoyed everything I learned through Tasha's lens, she's truly 1/1! I would recommend this course for anyone looking to test their writing skills again and just imagine.

I'm still working my way through it, but I am really loving the workbook and worksheets. I also like that each lesson is short and focused on a small task to complete. You really get to see how each lesson builds onto the previous one and it helps keep the momentum going to complete the course.
